Marble paper cover called nonpareil, the name for this pattern is a French word which translated means ‘matchless’ or ‘unrivalled.’ This is also known as the Old Dutch pattern. Leather half bound with corners is Harmatan goatskin. Repair paper for pages is imported Korean and Japanese mulberry paper with long grain fibers for strength. Endsheets are made with Hahnemuhle mould-made Bugra papers.

Book was damaged by client’s dog. Had to piece back together several sections of book which had been chewed to pieces. Afterwards, signatures were guarded and stitched back together. Cover was repaired and cleaned.
