This applies to all new and future orders as of February 1, 2025 
We support credit card, cash or check as methods of payment. The order will be processed after receiving a 50% deposit. This will reserve your spot in queue and allow us to purchase materials in advance. Deposits are non-refundable. Final balance will be due upon completion of book.

Estimate will have a range in price. We keep track of time and will adjust the price accordingly.


Bookbinding is a tedious process taking much time and skill. We are unable to truly predict a start time for your order one year in advance. The estimated start date is only an estimate. We may be behind due to unexpected circumstances and/or because of repairs on other orders preceding your order. By signing this contract, the timeline of the start and completion of your order will not be cause for termination of agreed contract. If there is a new deadline (anniversary gift, birthday, holiday gift) outside of the original contract, it will now be considered an expedited order and will require an expedited fee. A new contract will be written to include the expedited charge and agreed upon by both client and business Armaria Bookbindery. 

I understand smells may not be entirely removed. Water damage, stains, mildew also may not be repaired. I agree conservation restoration is not to make something new but preserve and strengthen the original integrity and value of the book. We maintain the original antique appearance but preserve and strengthen the structure with some aesthetic improvements. 
Our work is guaranteed for life. We are not responsible for damage caused by accidents or improper handling and care. 



By paying the 50% deposit, we agree to the above Service Agreement.
